[vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeInLeft”]Karen Ng graduated from UBC’s Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2006, VCH-PHC hospital residency in 2010, UBC’s post-baccalaureate PharmD in 2013 and has maintained her Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy since 2013 and in Infectious Diseases since 2018.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=”fadeInLeft”]She has worked as a community pharmacist, and as a hospital pharmacist in Ross Memorial Hospital, Richmond Hospital, BC Children’s Hospital in antimicrobial stewardship and in St. Paul’s Hospital in internal medicine. Since January 2019, she has been working in Surrey Memorial Hospital in Opioid Stewardship. She serves as the CSHP representative to the National Faculty on the Use of Opioids for Chronic Non-Cancer Pain, and is a member of the Canadian Pain Forum and the Pain BC Project ECHO Hub Team.[/vc_column_text]
